Return and order cancellation policy
 

• You can cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase by sending an email at info@ancientshades.com, specifying the order number. You will be refunded in 5 -7 working days.
• Returning an order is accepted. You must request it within 14 days from delivery by sending an email at info@ancientshades.com. We will send you instructions. Once the package arrives back and the print is in good condition you will be refunded  in 5 - 7 working days.
• The costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the buyer.
